Welcome to Azad Academy’s online booking system.
Please follow the steps below to book your preferred appointment:
Choose a service — Select the appointment type that best suits your needs (e.g. Baseline Assessment, 1:1 Tuition, Guardian Consultation, or Study Skills & Revision Planning).
Select a subject — For subject-specific sessions, choose the relevant subject and level (GCSE or A-Level).
Pick a time slot — Choose from the available dates and times shown in the calendar. All sessions are one-to-one and run for the stated duration.
Provide details — Enter the student’s name, school year, and any notes that may help us prepare for the session.
Confirm your booking — Once confirmed, you’ll receive an email with the appointment details, location or meeting link, and preparation guidance.
Please ensure all sessions are booked at least 12 hours in advance.
*For cancellations or reschedules, a minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required.
